When the item arrived the carton had been opened and it was obvious from marks on the base parts that it had been previously assembled. The item looks good but I resent paying full price for something that was previously used

It's expensive but very nice and we'll designed. It's the best towel rack ever!

Embarrassingly over an hour of assembly and still wobbly(I've been a spine surgeon for 25 years so have reasonable dexterity). The lack of clear directions should have been my first clue. Take my advice and have a second person to assist. On third thought, don't buy this under any circumstance-it looks good but that's quite deceiving and vastly overpriced

if this was a $50 rack i would not have very high expectations. but for $300 rack it better be a tank!!

It was a little pricey but worth the money.
