This was awful. I did a gluten-free cake tasting with 10 different mixes and this was the worst. It was not white. It was as yellow as the Betty Crocker yellow gluten-free cake mix. It left puddles of butter in the cupcake pan and butter continued to drip through the paper cups as they sat on the cooling rack; I had to place a cloth underneath to catch the drips and I wiped the bottoms once they cooled. The texture is what you'd expect from a gluten-free mix (dry and a bit sandy) and the flavor was unremarkable.
