Gut Health can really help when you are bulking or just generally on a high protein diet. It relieves a lot of the gas and bloating. I take it right before bed and wake up feeling much hungrier than before I started taking it.

Ingredients are midleading as the pictures show the old formula with the old dark and blue label. Newer labeling and product update contains magnesium stearate which I was only taking this because the older product formula(I guess we can call it that) did not contain it.

Works good. Eliminated the constant bloat I had. I take one each evening before bed.

Didn't notice and improvements whatsoever after 1 month use. Word of caution do not take late at the night. Had some restless nights while taking this product a few hrs before bed.

Haven't noticed much effect.

I've tried a few probiotics from various manufacturers, with my previous favorite being Primal Defense. Gut Health is great for those eating high protein diets and includes strains clinically proven to assist with protein digestion and gas associated with high protein diets.

I took the product and it didn't even help a little... bogus.!

This product is an excellent choice for a Probiotic. I highly recommend!
