800 and 1600 FOAM bottles have the same neck fitting. 800 and 1600 LOTION soap bottles are different and won't fit the one shot foam dispenser. Go to the Rubbermaid web site to see the difference.

The One-Shot Touch-Free Automatic Foam Soap Dispenser uses both the 800mL and 1600mL refills. If using the 1600ml refill, snap open black rubber seal. Move the switch from “UP” (1K) to “DOWN” (2K) position. Reseal black rubber seal. Do the opposite for the 800mL refill.
