I would say so bcuz my biggest issue is feeling my toes are being squeezed & they don’t feel like that at all in these socks. I wear a size 10 shoe & I ordered the size 8-12 socks & im so glad I did bcuz I love them. They’re tight to the foot, but not squished up. They stretch nicely without being uncomfortable & they breathe quite nicely. I live in South Florida. Unless you really want more of a thick sock for running then I’d say they’d work out for that.
