TRIXIE Replacement Sisal Post for Scratching Posts, Cat Trees and Cat Towers, 3.5 in x 11.8 in (9 x 30 cm)

Initially, I was going to buy a twine/cord to rewrap the scratching posts that my male kitty decimated, but after reading other people’s reviews about how much twine they needed even for 1 post, I decided to buy already made scratching posts. I’m so happy I did! Saved me so much time and stress of wrapping. The post is well made, and the twine color is slightly whiter than the original, so I really like them better than the original. I hope they last longer than the original scratching posts.

The only thing that could be better would be if this was a subscribe and save product. I have 3 cats and they go through some scratching posts. It's a great price, it lasts a few months, easy to switch it out. It doesn't tip over so my cats and furniture is safe from their paws.

This item is great and easy to install. Just be aware of the hieght. If your cat likes to scratch way up high you may need to buy a new one. My cat took right to this one after she had demolished her old one and I changed it out for this item. Great deal!

Frisco (Chewy’s in-house brand) doesn’t sell replacements- but this seemed to do the trick. It’s slightly thinner than the original (see photo) and uses an M8 vs M10 but fit perfectly and does the trick. Note that the 50cm comes as two 25’s and with a double threaded bolt to join the pieces.

Does what it is supposed to do. Nice to have a replacement post so that one doesn't have to purchase an entirely new unit. Came in two parts, which I approve of (more of an ordinary rectangle, so it simplifies shipping.)

Ridiculous waste of my time. From China! Comes in two pieces with an unfinished top, and no Allen wrench to put it together. I have many, but none fit. Should come with the correct size Allen wrench. Would be unstable anyway even if it fit the base. Description unclear. This is junk. Easier to buy a whole new scratcher.

The Cat Scratching Post I ordered the 19.7 Inch post which, in the picture in the listing (and the description), looks (and sounds) like one, long, single post. BUT instead, what I received was two short scratching posts, each only 9.85 inches high, and you have to screw them together in order to assemble a longer, 19.7 inch, two-piece post. (At least the hardware was included to screw them together with!) It would have been better to actually have one, solid 19.7 inch post (which is what was indicated in the photo and the description in the seller's listing.) One good thing I have to say about this scratching post (or rather, posts) is that at least it is thick (wide), with lots of room for the cats to scratch on. I just wish it had been all in one piece, with no assembly required.
