SIMPATCHDexcom G6 Adhesive Patch (25-Pack) – Waterproof Adhesive, CGM Patches (Beige)

The product is wonderful. This is my first time with the Dexcom G6 and I was very worried about using it in water. When I came across your product and saw all the good reviews I wanted to try it for myself to see.Today was the first time to change out a sensor and from when I used your product until now I have had no issues. It lasted the whole time of the sensor use. I felt very comfortable although the size of the patch does leave a sense of presence on my stomach but after a few hours to a day it goes away. Application was easy and very straight forward. I waited 45 min before heading into the shower and it still worked great. There was no pealing at all, even towards the end of the sensor cycle. Getting it off was a little painful but truthfully the area where the patch sat was dry and clean, unlike the patch of the sensor which left some sticky residue.Overall an amazing product. The color is wonderful and it really does give me a sense of confidence that the sensor will not move or fall off. Tomorrow will be my second test with it at the gym. Last time it went well so here's hoping for the same results.Thank you very much for the product and keep up the good work.

As a nurse, I have used many tapes and adhesives on patients over the years. With varying results. I am not picky, but do like to find something that works really well - and Simpatch worked great.I applied a black Simpatch on day 5 of wearing my Dexcom G6 on my abdomen. I just cleaned the skin with alcohol, being careful to not get it on the Dexcom adhesive. Simpatch fit the sensor perfectly and adhered well to the skin, with no peeling up over the next 5 days. I just lived normally and after daily showers, I just patted it dry with the bath towel.At the end of the 10th day, I removed the Simpatch - both by following the directions of stretching it and by pulling it up at a 90-degree angle to see how well it held. It peeled off cleanly with nearly zero skin irritation. Interestingly, while it was adhered to the skin very well, it came off the Dexcom adhesive patch quite easily, leaving the Dexcom in place looking just as it looked when I applied it. Honestly, could have continued to wear it had the session not ended.I would highly recommend Simpatch.

Nice fit and adhesion

Really solid patches. By far the best ones I have tried, and the skin color blends in pretty well.Pros:Works well with the g6, sticks on almost the entire length of the sensor's span. This is with 5-8 hours of sweating every day.Doesn't affect the sensor performance at all, so far no readings have been off, and no weird readings the last day of the sensor.Cons:Cuts aren't very consistent, lots of the time they are a little wide on one side and the white adhesive on the Dexcom pulls thru it and hangs off sideways.Pricing: Wish I could buy these in a bigger quantity. Go thru these every 10 days, and having to replenish so often is pretty annoying.Would love smaller/bigger options. the current inch that goes past the adhesive is nice but I would prefer having a larger option for better hold.

I have been using a Dexcom for about six months. I have tried four different protective patches. This one is by far the absolute best. The hole in the center is perfectly cut to fit the Dexcom fabric adhesive is very strong and it will stay on for at least six days out of the 10 that you will be wearing the Dexcom. It does depend on how often you get it wet but of all of the different brands of patches I have tried this one is the absolute best I highly recommend this product on a 1 to 10 scale I would give this product an 11.Cons: the peel off paper backing is basically one piece of paper. It looks like it’s three separate sections but the “cut” of the paper is incomplete. I have messed up a few while putting them on because of this.. you may want to take a razor blade and kind of just gently cut it a little bit to make sure that it is going to open for you the way you expect it to. But that is really a minor issue. These are the best fitting water proof patches I have found. Better than the ones Dexcom itself sells!!!! I have certainly hope that you will give this friend a try I am very impressed with this product.
