My husband and I really love farro and we're thrilled to find this product at Amazon for a fair price. It is much more expensive than rice, but we prefer the higher protein, texture, and nuttiness of farro, making this a terrific addition to our diet. We like to cook it on the stove top with low sodium chicken stock. It's great with so many things!

It is a great way to get your fiber and grains as needed. Small bags but you can make a big batch and save in the refrigerator or freezer and eat as needed. RD

Wonderful farro+- clean, fresh, unbroken pieces. If you like farro, this is a good choice. If you don't know about farro, this is a good place to start.

Love the nutty texture. Used it with peas as an alternative to rice. It is healthier as well.

Love this stuff. We use it to make a cold salad for summer meals and use it like rice for a side. It's delicious and satisfying. I appreciated being able to buy multiple bags of it for a good price. I can't always find it in my local stores and one that does carry it, charges almost $7 per bag.

I use Farrow as a rice substitute sometime mixing it with other grains. I also use it in soups. It cooks fairly fast and stays firm but still tender. I could only find it at one store in our area. The price was much better at Amazon getting several packages at once.

I cook it with quinoa, give the mix texture and more body.

Great product. Great alternative to basic rice.
