Super duty and well made. Easy to install.
I have two areas where we plug in vacuums, laptop chargers and a lot of temporary items. This is the third plug I have put in this location in 22 years. I wanted a strong plug with some grip so the plugs weren't always falling out or getting loose. I put the next step down from this grade plug in my kitchen island remodel and they get plugged in and unplugged 3 or 4 times a day. 5 yrs later still tight. So this is the next level up. It is hospital rated. More grip, wider contact area to reduce heat and the danger of arcing. Don't want a respirator plug falling out because the outlet was weak and no sparks near pure oxygen. These hold on and don't come out without pulling on the plug. Great and safe.

best quality
I bought 10 of these and changed out our most frequently used outlets in the house. Wanted something that had the best grip on the plug. Did not want those annoying safety outlets.

It's the best
I had wondered why I had to replace my outlets every few years. It turns out I had decorative outlets, not designed to plug things in and take them out every day. There are apparently three grades of outlet, and my decorative versions are in the lowest grade. I decided this time to get the best (hospital grade), even though I would spend nearly three times as much as the ones I was replacing. It was worth every penny. It holds to the outlet box, and when I plug in anything it holds that very well. (This one is in the kitchen, and things are plugged into it and removed about 10 times per day.) Yes, my regular decorative outlets will work for a decade, probably, if they are in a low-traffic area, but these will never give me a problem as long as the house electricity works. I am unlikely to buy any other outlet type in the future.

Good quality but has no surge or gfci protection.
The outlet is easy to install and is designed for heavy use but it is not a surge or gfci receptable.

Not your father's hospital grade
Name brand, high quality, but not your massive-body individually-boxed hospital-grade one is accustomed to. If ever go on life support, I'd want the original. For average commercial applications, fine.

NOW MY AMP GOES TO 11
I bought these to use when running dedicated circuits for my stereo. I couldn't imagine spending $100 or more for "audio grade" receptacles so i went with the Levitons and have no complaints. Of course hey aren't going work miracles for any stereo but i doubt the expensive ones will either. At the price these would be hard to beat regardless of what you intend to plug into them. They have a nice sturdy feel during installation where I usually feel like I might break a standard receptacle. Also with standard outlets the heavy power cables tent to sag. These hold them in place perfectly and I never worry about loose connections.

The green dot -for those who want/need an extra reliable receptacle
Although these are overkill and arguably excessive for household and consumer use, if they can be had for decent prices it’s worth it for some that may be audio enthusiasts or for those who have a receptacle that gets plugged/unplugged often. There are useful improvements to the design, materials and quality that make up what’s required for hospital grade- for what it’s worth to those who don’t specifically need but can still appreciate for other applications.

Clamps don’t seem secure
The plugs have clamps for back wiring a straight wire, which is how I initially wired it. However, the clamp does not clamp down evenly and the screw/clamp combo seems to bind up when trying to tighten it down. It looks that way by design. I was able to yank the wire out with a hard tug. My Hubble and even a heavy duty Lowe’s brand do not have this issue. I ended up side wiring with a shepherds hook looped wire. But that’s not great either because the clamps flare out and there isn’t a notch for the wire to snugly fit in. I’m not an electrician, just a DIYer and these are my observations.
