When I bought this, the wife thought I was going to be cooking up something nice. I need not tell you the amount of disappointment that was felt... I bought mine specifically for brake fluid extraction. Works fine. I'm sure it helps to make a terrific Turkey, too.

Mine is a dark purple. The main photo is not representative of the bulb color, but the colors of the bulb in the photos of the baster in action are fairly accurate.
