Nice to have in pantry
I live in rural area thus this is not available in our grocery store. It adds umami to my cooking. I like to have it in my pantry.

Really good vinegar
Def different, very good flavor, adds another dimension when used where you may have used rice or wine vinegars. Bought for Taiwan cooking but use it for many things now.

The box and bottle...
It's definitely different. I bought it because the box was pretty and came in a glass bottle. I used it with some potstickers just yesterday, and it was good.

I bought this for my Chef spouse who said it was a great product especially for the price. He is also Asian and said it was great product to use in Asian cuisine. It's definitely a repurchase.

Fabulous in anything you would add vinegar to or anything that needs that little bit of uname boost
This adds such depth to any dish that you would use vinegar in it. Added it to some spinach that I was sauteing and WOW!!
