Q: Is the bottle glass or plastic? How big is the mouth opening?

Hi and many thanks for your question! Our bottles are glass and fully darkened to protect the EVOO from direct sunlight exposure that reduce known health benefits. The mouth opening on our bottles are specially designed and not refillable to protect integrity of our products and help you achieve a mess-less pour every time! The opening itself is smaller than 1/8 of an inch. Hope this helps and feel free to reach out with other questions.

Hi and many thanks for your question! We produce our olive oils right by the ruins of ancient Troy which is in modern-day Turkey. Our region also features world's oldest olive oil plant showcasing region's deep connection with olives and olive oil. Q: If i buy the first press & limited 250ml now (feb/mar 2023), what harvest date oil would i get?

Hi - Thanks for the question. As of Feb 20, 2023 we're selling the final 2021-2022 Harvest bottles of all our extra virgin olive oils. 2022-2023 harvest bottles will start arriving by late April 2023. Hope this helps!
