Jane Shine Outdoor Sun Hat Quick-Dry Breathable Mesh Hat Camping Cap

I hike, backpack and bird, so I have a lot of breathable brimmed crushable hats, but wanted one in black. Since getting this one, it's all I wear. It's brim is a bit wider and the crown a bit lower, which I like. Have gotten complements from friends.Oh, and the venting mesh is high on the crown, which keeps my head cooler. Thanks!

Took this hiking in Big Bend National Park, and it was perfect! The chin strap came in handy for the wind at higher altitudes. Love the color.

Fits perfect, and keeps me cool. (Temp wise of course, you're still going to look like a big dork in it, lol)

This hat looks like it will be cool during the hot Southern summers. The brim offers nice shade all around, and the crown is well ventilated. Seems to be a good hat...the only thing that keeps it from being perfect is the inner sweat band isn’t vertical with the crown,it lies flat as an extension of the brim inside the hat. I’m hoping that regular wear will correct that, if not, I will be back to let you know.

Although we have several hats in our collection for our children, with summer approaching in South Florida I purchased these specifically for the vented mesh around the top of the hat. My children get very sweaty running around in the sun, and the deep brim and mesh crown make hat-wearing bearable. They fit my seven year old perfectly. The fit is wide with room for growth on the two year old. However he wore it and did not complain so I consider it a win. The hat is well-priced for the quality and I won’t feel too bad if it gets left behind. Love the adjustable chin and crown straps. Love all the colors too. If we lose them, I’ll be back.

I'm old and bald, so I need to protect my scalp where I used to have really nice, thick blond hair to do that. These days I have a collection of hats. This seems like a pretty good hat for hiking, fishing, rafting or gardening. Great price and seems well made. Updated, I just got back from a 6 day/5 night rafting trip down the Yampa river, into the Green river. This hat was an essential part of my kit. It kept the sun off of my face, kept the rain out of my eyes and several times was dunked in the river to keep me cool when the sun was blazing. Although it might be a little dirtier, it shows no signs of wear and all the the stitching still looks tight. I'm happy with my purchase.

After being diagnosed with a basal cell lesion on the top of my head, I was told that I had to wear a hat whenever I was out in the sun. It has been known by everyone that I HATE hats, and being told to have to wear one is the pits. However, when this hat arrived I tried it on and was very pleased how lightweight it is. In fact, it almost feels like I'm not even wearing a hat at all. So I'm following my doctor's orders and being stylish at the same time.

This is a great sun hat. I live at the beach and wanted good protection from the sun. This hat is the perfect size. It is adjustable so it can fit different sized heads. The rim gives plenty of shade without being floppy.
