I was a bit worried at first, having seen some negative reviews about the quality of the product, but after getting my own copy I was more than satisfied with it. (It is true that if you get out a single volume of the series and compare it to this, the pages are noticeably thinner, and in white spots you can almost see through the page if you look closely or hold it up to the light, but nothing that would distract me during normal reading.)In any case, if you are trying to collect the entire series, these are an amazing value and will save you quite a bit of money. (I already owned volumes 1 and 6, and just needed 2, 3, 4 and 5 to fill out the original series, yet it was a bit cheaper to buy volumes 1 and 2 of these 3-in-1 books rather than buy the last four individually.)

Amazing manga by Kazuki Takahashi! Read vol 1-3 and was hooked so I got cop 4-6. Pages were a bit cut off in the first book so I expected that to be the case in the 2nd book but you can still clearly read everything.As for the people saying the pages are thin, they are, but if you just read it with the pages flat on the book like normal you’ll be fine.Also it is dark so this isn’t for kids.

I'll not go over the actual story/characters contained within this Yu-Gi-Oh! manga collection, as there are no doubt reviews already online that cover them in far greater detail than I am capable of producing. Needless to say, the characters are well written, the games themselves are clever, and the plot moves along at a good pace.Now, I must express some disapproval with the actual construction of the book itself. The paper itself is real thin. So much so, in fact, you are always better off holding down the current page you are reading instead of pulling it forward as you transition to the next set of pages, because the next side will easily show through even with a small amount of direct light shining on it. The glue binding looks to be minimally adequate, but I am not confident in it lasting over a long period of time. Finally, the actual cover seems to be easily worn away on the spine, because my Brand New copy *already* has the underneath exposed along the spine.In all fairness, though, for the price you pay, you ARE getting one heck of deal in terms of sheer content. Still...I gladly would have paid a few dollars more for a greater sense of durability from this product.For an example of how to do a mega-manga volume *right*, check out the "Ranma 1/2 3-in-1" Volumes.

Considering the only version of the original series I was aware of as a kid was the 4Kids Dub with all the ridiculous censorship. Going from that to the manga felt like a giant leap, however I still very much enjoyed it.

Good manga yu-gi-oh book for older kids. Some content that's a bit darker than the cartoon.

Molti conoscono la serie TV o il gioco di carte di Yu-Gi-Oh!, ma in pochi sanno dell'opera originale, cioè il manga di Kazuki Takahashi. In Italia, purtroppo, il manga risulta irrecuperabile se non tramite usato (a prezzi elevati), ma su Amazon è possibile trovare questa edizione in LINGUA INGLESE della Viz.Ciascun volume contiene 3 dei tankobon originali (in Italia questi erano stati ulteriormente suddivisi) ma il formato risulta comodo alla lettura e con buoni materiali (unica negatività forse il dorso troppo "leggero"). Ne consiglio l'acquisto a chiunque volesse recuperare questo manga, con l'avvertimento che i numeri 2 e 3 sono spesso più rari e cari degli altri.

Der Sammelband ist offensichtlich etwas dick, aber nicht zu dick. Man kann sehr angenehm darin lesen ubd ich bin sehr froh, die YuGiOh Mangas doch noch zu einem guten Preis besitzen zu können :)Zudem sind die Mangas echt liebevoll gestaltet und sehen hübsch im Regal aus.

I usually buy my manga at chapters been doing it since 2015, took a chance and bought the whole collection on Amazon.I like to see that sometimes my manga comes sealed in wrapping and no imperfections... almost every Yugioh manga came with dinged up edges and crease marks on the backing from I'm assuming previous useage. So I guess this was preowned, I was expecting new... The quality isn't prestine but it's tolerable enough.Also the way my manga were boxed were just layed in a pretty loose box with one inflatable pack to wedge them, just enough room to shift around an cause damage... regardless I wanted the complete set and it no longer is sold in the store I usually buy from... I was late on that train...
