This replacement Google Pixel 3aXL felt just like my new model right when I opened the box. The volume, battery life, screen was really like new. It was only a 3/8" very thin scratch which took me a while to find anything wrong with it. My son also bought his replacement Pixel from this same seller six months ago. Note: Originals worked but we cracked our cells and never wanted to show pictures with the screen.

I accidently shattered my last phone from these guys and I absolutely loved that phone. It was $175 last time I got one, and this time it was $125. If you don't care about getting the 'latest, greatest' phone, these are pretty incredible. I never had a problem with my last one and its demise was totally my fault.. I think it would of lasted at least a couple of years. I love the big screen, pic quality, pretty much everything about it. I guess if I had to complain it would be that the finger reader wasn't able to read my print a lot of the times .. eventually, second/ third try it's fine.

The phone is advertised as "unlocked" which means that it may be used with any carrier. When I inserted my SIM card, I received a message stating that SIM card is not supported by Verizon. So phone is not "unlocked" as advertised. Luckily my son was able to unlock the phone. Phone is great it is just not unlocked as advertised.

This is the second Google Pixel 3a XL I have purchased from havearly.com thru Amazon. Loved my first one so much I bought a second for my wife. Both phones were in perfect, like-new condition and functioned like new. They came with Android 11 and are supposedly getting Android 12. Great experience all the way around! Highly recommend Havearly and Amazon refurbished.

I purchased this phone for my daughter for Christmas. I have had pixels and love them. She wanted one as well. I purchased this phone as it was listed as an unlocked phone. It was not. I have AT&T the phone that we received was for Verizon. Plus the phone had a bad scratch on the glass front. I was very disappointed. The phone is great the listing by Amazon was completely incorrect. I have had better success with eBay.

The phone is locked to the Verizon network! My old phone died with 4 months of service left on my Mint mobile SIM, so four months of prepaid service down the drain. Instead of wasting precious time with Amazon/Verizon customer service, I switched to Visible and got the phone up and running within 15 minutes after receiving the SIM card.

Bought the phone because i thought the bootloader was unlocked, it isn't. Option was greyed out, bootloader state was locked. Otherwise the phone was in good order, just unusable for my purpose, installing ubuntu touch.

I was really hoping this phone was completely unlocked but the OEM remains greyed out when developer options are activated. Nice phone but I do not want to run all the Google bloatware. I wanted to install CalyxOS, like I did on my other Pixel phone. Too bad.

The reviews on youtube are misleading in the extreme: model 3A is worse than every other model of Google Pixel I've seen (and used) including the model 1, that was (and still is) a true "flagship phone". (1) Still camera, (2) video recording and (3) microphone quality are all astoundingly bad. This truly debases the value of the Pixel name: it's so much worse than the Pixel 3 that they should not have marketed it as "3A" at all —a name that suggests it's an update, rather than a downgrade, released after model 3.
