The flavors are generally good and consistent, making it easy to drink during workouts. ​Note on taste: It does have a slightly artificial sweetness/flavor. While I don’t mind it, my wife is quite picky and refuses to drink it because of that artificial aftertaste. If you are sensitive to sweeteners, keep this in mind, but for most gym-goers, it’s a solid and effective choice!

Great flavor and great company and product I just wish I wouldn’t get that artificial sweetener aftertaste some of the time. But great flavor for my water to make sure I’m staying hydrated

Love the flavor; seems to help me sustain a workout and also assists in recovery.

Some of this workout stuff is kinda gimmicky but BCAAs in theory should be a good thing to take. I can't say I feel any different or I can tell it is doing anything, but compared to other BCAA products the amount per serving is higher and there really isn't much extra junk so that is good. I will say the italian blood orange tastes really good, but the strawberry kiwi was not bad but I won't get it again. The only reason I got it this time was because I could get the 90 serving for a really good price. Ultimately I'd say if you are taking BCAAs this seems to be one of the best just by amount per serving.

I have ordered this product multiple times. Tastes great. It gives you energy. Working 12 hour shifts overnight gives you the energy to survive a busy night shift. Also great to take as a pre workout and post workout.
