a very interesting mix. Overall, i love the flavor profile, but wasn't expecting it to be as citrus-y. While my steak was quite different, i wasn't really ready for that profile on my beef. Will go excellent on chicken and pork.. and no doubt has a place in the beef world... but i think you should be prepared for the more bold citrusy favor profile. Still excellent flavor. Low salt and actual spices.. why i stay with Badia.
