Cuts very cleanly and does it’s job very well. I used the drill for some Chipboard (furniture board) and I installed some CONFIRMAT SCREWS M7 X 50MM 100 PACK (36633) from ScrewFix.

Excellent bit, did the job well for 18mm MDF butt joints. I read a few reviews saying theirs broke after a few uses, this is because the drill bit does get hot, especially given MDF's density and willingness to clog up drill bits. Be sure to drill the holes a bit at a time, I found drilling about 1/3 of the hole each time and then backing out and clearing the bit with a hard-bristle toothbrush did a really good job and the bit has easily lasted 50+ holes on a large project so far.

The 5mm drill is OK, but the 7mm relief shank and the countersink just tear their way through melamine faced chipboard and break of the melamine around both the entry and exit holes. Impossible to make a neat job with this tool.

If you need sturdy joints for cabinetry. Use the Confirmat screws and this drill bit to drill the holes for assembly. It is much better join compared to pocket holes, dowels, glue etc. You can also safely disassemble the cabinet too (just ensure you do not overtighten the screws). Happy with the purchase.

I made a bed and used these sunk holes to make the fitting low profile. it worked fine for a while then broke. the product is good, but the durability is questionable for the price.

The drill consists of three functional parts. The first part is a normal drill with a diameter of 5 mm. This part works only moderately. The second part has a diameter of 7 mm and drills very badly. It gets clogged and runs hot. This also happens if you pull it back regularly. It has a strange cutting construction that cannot work well. The third part is a countersink drill and that is the only one that works reasonably well. I am very dissatisfied, while it is an expensive drill.
