Q: Are there any artificial ingredients in this product?

You'd have to check with the manufacturer. They call it a natural product, but "natural" does not have any standardized or regulatory meaning. Everyone is free to decide for themselves what is natural. It's also vegan/vegetarian. You'd have to look at the ingredient list and decide for yourself if there are any ingredients that you don't want to ingest.

Q: The label on the back (see photos) shows 1200 mg but 600 mg in the front. Which one is it?

I assume its 600 mg. per pill. A one day serving recommended is 2 pills = 1200 mg.

Q: I need to know the size of the capsule, I can only swallow small sizes.

the capsules are nearly 1" long, but since they are capsules, you can open them and put the powder into any liquid or other vehicle to swallow (we always gave our kids supplements in "magic applesauce")
