Great product
I purchased this item for our school Christmas play. We needed to mike students so they could be heard throughout the gymnasium. I borrowed an amplifier from a local DJ and ran this system through it. WOW, was I impressed. The headset mikes worked great for the 11 year old kids to showcase their talents. Our program was the best it has ever been because we didn't have to pass a couple of mikes around and make a bunch of background noise. This was our first application but I can see many, Many other uses for these mikes at our school. We will never have to worry about having to struggle to hear our kids perform again. This product exceeded my expectations and I would, and have, recommended it to others.

Professional, High-Quality Equipment that won't Break the Bank
I use these microphones for a theatre production company and they are great products that aren't expensive at all. We use them for straight plays and musicals and they work well in all scenarios due to the wide variety and range of microphones available. The audio quality on this system is on par with microphone systems in the higher price category. There is little to no noise and the range is superb. Overall, this is a great product that is not expensive at all.

System worked great
We put on a mini show for a fundraiser at our local high school. There are not enough mic's to go around so I purchased this system. There are many shows going on at the same time and none of the others bled through our mics. Provided plenty of power and connected to the sound board and amplifiers with ease. If there is one thing to be aware of, the mic's are very sensitive so you must take the time to adjust each as feedback is very possible. Very good system, especially for the price.

Levaliers are useless! O/w OK.
Bought this for my youth group - plays, skits, and singing on occasion. The mikes and headsets work ok. The levaliers only work if you hold them in your hand and put them next to your mouth. I wouldn't buy these for lapel operation. Otherwise, they'll do the job fine. (The customer service/tech support person knew about the problem almost before I spoke. Suggested I turn up the receiver and put it as close to my mouth as possible. I said I'd already tried that and the only way it worked was to hold it in my hand and speak directly into it like a handheld. I told him it was supposed to be a lapel mike. He said I know. Not very helpful at all.)

This is not a professional level system
I bought two of these system for a church. One system was installed in the conference center and the other was recently installed in the sanctuary. The one we installed in the sanctuary has several problems that render it useless. The primary problems are: the hand held mics loose connectivity with the base at 20 to 30 feet, the lavalier/ headset mics are WAY too hot! Of the 4 hand held mics only two seem to work with relative consistency. One mic looses its connection with the base at about 20 feet. The other mic looses connection with the base at bout 50 feet. The batteries have been replaced with known good batteries and the problem persists. The volume on all the mics must be turned up all the way in order to get decent sound out of the mixer. The gain on the mixer is up quite high and the amp is turned up but the mic levels are still quite low. The lavalier mics are way too hot. Even if the volume (on the Pyle receiver) is turned most of the way down the lavalier mic is still being over-driven. There is no way to adjust the gain on either the handheld units or the body packs. I have been installing sound systems for many years. I would be extremely unlikely to install a Pyle product again. They are obviously extremely low-budget and not worth the headache. Beware! These are a piece of junk!

?
what I like; sound quality good, prize, what i dont like; sounds cut off while in use but seems to be better after 3x testing havent use it for show so we'll see. head mic #2 and #4 more on NO sounds even staying on same spot and not moving at all. I send email to company and we'll see. handheld mic. #7 interfere with the other microphone on 1st and 2nd testing at home but was ok on 3rd test. the red light on all microphone that suppose to light only when the battery is low is always ON even with brand new battery. on 1st test there is a wheezing sound on speaker that sounds like iether anthena or connection is poor even if the microphone is off, but on 2nd and 3rd use i put the mixer ontop of the microphone reciever and it did not have that noise. other wise i am hoping that the more it get use the better it get because i really like the sound quality.

Fast delivery. This is good value equipment - VHF not UHF but completely fit for purpose without spending the fortunes you could do in this area.

The lapels aren't great. You basically have to have them sitting by your chin to get enough volume to make a difference. The headsets are ok, although the battery packs seem to be quieter than the handsets. The handsets are nice. The 9V batteries provided are garbage. Put in some good ones and the handheld is weighted just right and feel like quality microphones. I love the receiver... when the mics are turned on, the indicator light above the volume knob lights up. Each mic has its own volume control. Only issue i had is the microphones were cutting out randomly at only 45 feet from the base. But in other times were good at 100 feet.
