It’s the factory recommended fluid. Contrary to Stellantis statement, it isn’t a lifetime fluid and there isn’t a dipstick to check the fluid level and condition. If you have 50k to 60k miles on your vehicle plan on getting it changed soon. Helpful videos on YouTube that will help you through the process. This fluid change will help to protect your investment in your vehicle and bring back shift quality. The fluid works well, the same as the factory fill. The process of changing the fluid isn’t difficult as long as you have a fluid pump which will make the process easier. You will have to crawl under the vehicle to change the fluid.

Recently bought a used jeep Cherokee and the transmission was a little rough between the low gears. Decided I'd give it the drain and fill treatment since it's a sealed trans and probably never had been changed. I was shocked to find out it takes this fluid which is only available in Mopar brand and is 37$ a qt at the dealer, even rock auto wanted 25+$ a qt. This seller had a 6 qt case for right around 90$ and only took a few days to get. I ended up buying two cases and did 2 drain and fills and will be able to do a 3rd with the remaining fluid. The vehicle shifts WAY smoother, bear in mind this fluid is clear with a green tint so when you drain and fill it's best to measure what you take out and put precisely that much back as it's hard to check even with the dip stick tool. Good value, solid product, would buy again.

Just as described. Did the transmission oil change on my 2016 Dodge Challenger SXT at 82k miles (over the reccomended range imo) with this OEM fluid and the transmission is working fine. 10/10 reccomend.

I like that this was a decent price on the OEM fluid. Don’t risk your expensive 8 speed transmission by using some other fluid. This is the right stuff so just use it. I knocked a star off because every bottle in my original shipment had a loose cap and leaked all over and through the outer Amazon box even. Amazon was awesome about it and replaced it immediately. Second case arrived leak free and fast! All lids were tight too.
