Bone Health Support for Men and Women with Calcium and Bone Vitamins to Maintain Strong, Healthy Bones - 60 Tablets

I've been taking this Bone Health Support for a week. My bones feel OK and I feel strong/healthy. Taking an individual look at each ingredient one can see this is a good supplement. I'm going to keep taking this. I will update this review in the future for any changes one way or the other. For now, Bone Health is 5 stars and highly recommend.

I take supplements to my diet and have been doing so for many years. I've had to move my main vitamin to Centrum For Men.There are also other vitamins I take which are primarily less known/ available such from mushrooms.Now, my concern has always been to now over prescribe any element. This is where I have a problem with "Bone Health"-- The Centrum For Men have without exception more than double the percentage of the ingredients that's in Bone Health and has about 10 ingredients that are not in BH.The ingredients that are in BH that's not in Centrum are just a few such as Boron, Bromelain, and Ipriflavone.Even the generic Amazon brand, "Solimo" has a supplemental vitamin pill called "Calcium, Magnesium and Zinc" has double the main ingredients that are in BH.I think it's important to look closely percentage of each stated ingredients, a lot of times, a reputable multivitamin may have that and more.

Take care of our bones, especially as we get older is paramount. The best thing to do is to start young but let's face it, usually that doesn't happen. Better late than never, though!I've started including this supplement in my daily vitamin regimen and although results don't come overnight, these are surely making a huge difference. These vitamins Include critical ingredients that enhance calcium absorption: Magnesium, Zinc, Manganese, Potassium, Boron, Silicon, Vitamins C, D, & K.The complete formula provides 1000 mg of elemental calcium from Three Different Sources - carbonate/hydroxyapatite/citrate. 200 mg of natural magnesium glycinate, 400 IU of Vitamin D3, and 11 other important vitamins & minerals.Get some! I brought these to my doctor (endocrinologist), who takes care of my bone health. He said the formula was OK, but there's a lot of unnecessary stuff in there. He wasn't enthusiastic about it; said I could take it if I wanted to. He said he prefers me to get my calcium from eating more food high in calcium. This supplement has 333mg calcium, but 8 oz of milk has 302mg, or 8 oz nonfat yogurt has 452mg, or fish, or green vegetables, etc. I have to agree that it is better to eat right than to supplement with pills.Also, the pill is enormous, bigger than Centrum vitamin, and you need to take 2! See picture of how big they are. I could barely swallow it, and I could only take 1, which would be only half a dose.

I think this would be a great calcium supplement for someone who isn't taking a vitamin regime for bone health as yet, as it goes beyond simple calcium to a good array of the vitamins and minerals needed by our bodies to utilize calcium, the main component, well. As I already am, I'll find a friend who isn't yet. I did take one for the team, and found t pleasant, and easy to swallow. It should be a good choice for women who want to preserve their bone health as they approach peri-menopause, as well as those whose periods have actually stopped.

Great supplement. I ordered these as a great way to supplement my current diet. I was told I need to increase some calcium to help with muscle and skeletal development. I want to make sure that joints and my muscular skeletal system stays as healthy as possible. Well results from this supplement are certainly not going to be noticeable, I certainly do have a long-term positive fact in the body. Whether you are an elderly individual losing calcium or an avid bodybuilder who just needs to help maintain a strong frame. The supplement is an ideal addition to any nutrition routine.

As far as I can tell this seems to work pretty well. I've been taking it for a couple of weeks now and to be completely honest I don't "feel" any different but, I trust that my bones are getting a bit stronger because of it. It's easy to swallow, so that's a plus. There's no actual taste to it so that's a plus as well. I'll finish the entire bottle and change my review if there's anything different to report. In the meantime, yes, I'd recommend this item.

These are huge pills but they aren't hard to swallow. There wasn't a really a strong flavor which is nice. Sometimes this size pill has a nasty after taste but these were just fine. We will see how much of a difference it makes in bone support but the hard part is committing to take them every day and because they are easier to swallow, I don't think that will be problem.
