Great buy for mowing steep terrain
If u have rough terrain 2 mow these tire r awesome!!just mounted them this morning n was easier than expected,just used some stale coconut oil n a couple pry bars.By the time it quit raining my dogs had the lube all cleaned off lolSo I had to try em out n I have a fairly steep hill i could hardly get up on a dry day without a running start n id have 2 rock back n forth halfway up to get some weight 2 the spinning tires, but these climbed right up without spinning once. And 2 my surprise they didn't tear up the grass either, n I tried !! I'd buy em again without a doubt.Worth every penny, especially if u value your time n patience.!!

Quality
Great traction. Actually a little bit taller than the turf tires I replaced. I have about 5 acres part is lawn most is horse pasture. All is on a slope of some sort. My turf tires were useless and left me spinning and stuck frequently. So far these tires are great. Fit the tractor perfectly and I have not been stuck in the usual places. Very pleased. The material seems to be good quality.

These ribbed tires have been a game changer!
I have a very steep hill in my backyard. Have a 20hp. Ariens lawn tractor with plenty of power, just no traction. Most lawn tractors come with "turf tires". These tires are fine for lawns with no slope, but practically worthless on a hill. The new ribbed tires I bought here are a game changer! I went up and down the Hill with ease, even after a rain, making the hill/grass wet. 100% recomend.

They Really Grip!
These give great traction, which is what I need on hills with slippery clay soil. However, if you “zero turn”, you will tear up the grass more than with a turf tire, so you may want to make more of a sweeping, or 3 point, turn. This is not an issue for me as I have a long yard, but I have adjusted how I turn.

Like a whole different mower
Put these on my John Deere LA145. I've noticed a big difference going up the slippery hills that used to render the stock turf tires useless. I used to have to do all kinds of fancy maneuvering to get around the steep slick areas of my yard. Now I can just roll right on up 'em. Some of real bad spots I have to lean back a little, but that's about it.At first you may notice the ride is just slightly less smooth, but it's not very noticeable and really just means they're working.Worth every penny.
