Love this!
This pillow WORKS. super comfy, expecially once you use the elastic tightening band to cinch it closer around your neck, I slept over six hours on my flight from CA to Switzerland! love it.

Great for road trips in the car.
I love this neck/head pillow! The color is great and it works well. I nearly sleep with it every night. Its perfect for road trips in the car. I haven't used it on the plane yet but it seems like it would work really well if you are in a window seat.

Comfortable, but will not black out light
Okay. so time to clarify a couple of things about this product. It is supposed to serve 3 main functions - ill quickly discuss these.1) Comfort/pillowIt is comfy. It will take any surface you lean your head on and conveniently make it comfortable. It gets 5 stars for this.2) Light blocking (black out)Light still gets through. Given its size and sheer bulk, I couldn't believe this. It turns out the manufactures have used a very low thread count material that lets light through not only both layers of fabric, but also through the soft bean bag like material in-between. This was a big miss for me, and renders this thing useless. Let me be clear, it blocks light, but not enough by my standards, especially for something of this size.3) Sound isolationForget it, this will do nothing for noise. It will not block sound.Another issue people might want to know, the thing can get hot. Im not a sweaty guy by any means, but I woke up one night with a full-blown need to remove this thing from my head due to the heat. Disclaimer: air conditioner was set to low that night - so if you are in a cool environment (i.e. climatized plane) this might be less of an issue.Bottom line: if your looking for a comfy pillow, go for it. If you're looking for anything else (i.e. black-out light blocking, sound isolation) look elsewhere. Needless to say you look like a fool wearing this thing, but comfort is more important.I will try it on an upcoming trip and give an update.

I absolutely love my ostrich pillow for many reasons
I absolutely love my ostrich pillow for many reasons. First, I love the adjustment strings for just right comfort and so that I can wedge an ice pack inside on my forehead. Second, I love massaging the filler with my fingers. It's such a wonderful tactile comfort. I love that I can cover my eyes and it's so soft. I take it with me everywhere.

Buy the original, direct from Studio Banana Things
I have an original Ostrich Light pillow and this in no way resembles the quality nor delivers the comfort of the original. The material on the original one is softer, the quality of the elastic straps feel far less cheap.
