The chair itself would be comfortable and feels sturdy enough.Chair is a bit tricky to put together. The holes weren't lining up as needed for the arms. I could get past that though.The directions are not clear. I thought the hydrolic was broken and sent an email and after he sent back pictures of how it is correctly suppose to be put together it's good. The process was very frustrating though.Anyhow now that it is done and a new day it seems like it will be a good chair for my home salon!

Chair is great. Easy to assemble
Chair is great. Easy to assemble. The only thing I was annoyed with is the quality of service from best salon. They reatched out to me to let me know that the color I wanted was not available. I let them know that I would take a different color. However the other color had quite a price difference. I have reached out to them a few times times now, and I have no response. I have yet to get a refund.

Brake down very easily
Cheap, broke down with a client that wasn’t that heavy, first bent and then broke down, waste of money

you get what you pay for.
Its sturdy, and of good material, but the directions are crap. Took longer than expected to put together. I can't figure out the pump. I've turned the lever both ways, and In order to raise the chair, I have to pull the lever up instead of pushing it down. And now it is stuck and I cant pump it back down. Also getting the foot part on has been a little tricky. It will do for now,. but I would def look into other chairs

Looks good but not a great chair
Looks nice. Came defective and took 2 weeks to get correct parts. Pain to assemble, instructions need to be rewritten. It works fine but the foot pedal sits so close to the chair seat I feel like I’m kicking clients in the bum to use it. It has a very limited height range. Looks good but wouldn’t buy again

Do not buy from Payless Here choose another vendor
The hydrolics are substandard and creaks as your client sits in it. The chair is comfortable and is a great color... I bought mine from Payless here on Amazon and they gave me the run around when making a shipping claim for damage. I would not but from Payless here ever again but I would probably buy the chair again but the chair would be better with a better hydrolics. Great buy for the money
