Great polish soup

Very Flavorful Soup
This is a very flavorful soup with a nice texture, good rye flavor , slightly tangy, and a hint of ham smokiness. Different and delicious!

simple, fast small meal.
tasty, a hint of tartness. Having lived in Europe for a few years, I missed the certain flavors found there. This is very good for a quick lunch - I add fresh spinach/arugula/diced cabbage for more "chew" - with a small sandwich or salad.
