Does not appear to be soft gels
I purchased this product by a recommendation by a friend, however when I opened the bottle , and examined the capsules, they are listed as soft gels, These do not appear to be soft gels, they are hard and brittle, not sure how well they will be absorbed, but will try. Will update at a later date

This is my go to vitamins for a man my age (70). Does it keep me healthy? Well, how would I know that. It says anti-aging, but each and every year I become one year older. Either way, if you believe vitamins are important to your health then this one is a good choice. Also, it seems Amazon has the best price when comparing to other sellers in the market. A gave it 5 starts due to the price.

Love this product, came damaged a few times and pretty messy when the capsules break in the bottle! But the product it self is great.

I used to work for a vitamen company in my 20 One of the top 3 brands in Canada. This product has more concentrated ingredients than i have seen This multi is geared towards heart health which is great I’m excited to use this product. Spend the money get the product. You won’t have to take omegas or co q10 saw plamento it’s all here I’ve been using plant based organic a multi off amazon and just compared the 2 this one spanks it out of the air. Just compare it.
