Storkcraft Aspen Changing Table with Drawer, White

We didn’t close on our house until a week after our little was due so we needed a changing table that was compact, fit in our apartment, and was easy to move. This fit the Bill. Came together fairly easily (my fiancée and I are NOT handy people and DIY is not in our vocabulary). So far at 1 month in we are still using this as our main changer. The shelves fit baskets really well making organization of all the jammies and diapers a breeze, plus the top fits a contoured changing pad and wipes container easily. We haven’t had any problems with the drawer, it works well and stores all the creams and paraphernalia we need. I would highly recommend.

I bought this table to match the other stork craft pieces we have. I used it a lot when the baby was first born. The drawer comes in handy for storing diapers but it doesn't open and close smoothly. The bottom shelves are flimsy, so I wouldn't trust them with anything heavy. We have wicker baskets on one, and stuffed animals on the other. The changing pad is kind of thin. I bought one of the thicker contoured pads to go on it, and I think it looks fine. Some of the other reviews call this table very sturdy, but I disagree. I don't think it's that sturdy at all. My son's movement can make the table wobble. It's not going to crumble under the weight of a baby, but I would never trust it with an adults weight. I had no problem with assembling it at 8 months pregnant and it was delivered without any damage. It looks nice and coordinates with the other nursery furniture, but I think there are probably better tables out there comparable in price. Also if ordered from amazon they do charge shipping.Since it is an oversized item, it is not eligible for the free shipping.

It unexpectedly came with a changing pad which is wonderful and saved me some money. I struggled putting this together on my own it took a few hours. It’s super cute and has shelving which I bought baskets for. My biggest complaint is that after a month of use the bottom of the drawer has fallen out and no matter how many times we try and fix it it’s pretty cheap and falls down.

My hubby used power tools to put it together and he says it assembled easy. The drawer is a little wonky, which he said came that way. Its slightly crooked on the assembled product... Otherwise its great!

Alot of people have wrote that this product was hard to put together and alot of other negative stuff but I love this product. It was easy to put together if you read the instructions and is a great product for the price. One thing I would note that is not included in the instrutions that alot of people were frustrated with was that the dow pins did not fit in the holes. In my opinion they are suposed to be that way to add stability they may seem like they do not fit when putting them in with your hands but if you put them alittle in then tighten the screws to drive them the rest of the way in it makes a very secure hold.

This arrived in great shape, was pretty easy to assemble and looks awesome. However, it is a little darker than I was expecting and is a little darker than the rest of our nursery furniture. I love it so we will be keeping it for sure, but just know that it is quite a bit darker than the picture shows! It came with a thin changing pad but we purchased another one. not sure if we'll actually end up using the bigger one or hte one that came with it, also, we are still waiting on our bundle of joy so we'll see how it goes when he/she gets here!

This piece meets my needs perfectly. My only complaint is that it took me about 3 hours to put together. I order many things with "assembly required" and this was probably the most frustrating thing to assemble to date. The problem was that you need to lay the piece on it's back to assemble but the screws go in from the back so you have to lift it off the floor while trying to hold the pieces together to screw in. In hind-sight, I should have laid it on my dining room table to put together. Otherwise, great piece!

Despite many varying reviews from other buyers, my wife and I thought this was a great product for the price and took a chance. We were right. The directions were very simple, all pieces accounted for, no damaged pieces, and I put it together alone in about an hour. It's quite solid, aside from a little wiggle in the drawer. No scratched paint on the wood pieces. The comments about the shelves being flimsy are really not an issue for us since we're not storing lead bricks on them. They're plenty sufficient for diapers, towels, clothes, etc. We would recommend to anyone.
