First of all, the packaging is beautiful. Comes in an elegant black box that is both luxurious-feeling and easy to open, and the product even includes a descriptive letter inside printed on quality paper. Great first impression as a gift.The mugs themselves are everything I could have hoped for in terms of aesthetics, practicality, and durability:Aesthetics: sleek design that gives off a classy, modern feel due to the transparency and shape of the glass. The engravings on the handle also give it a fancier touch.Practicality: definitely does the job of keeping my drinks piping hot for a long time (tried it with tea and coffee) while also protecting my hands from getting scalded while holding the mug. Double-glass layer makes the rim smoother and thicker than regular glasses, which I actually prefer to the sharper edges of a thinner glass. Size of the mug is also perfect for one serving of tea/coffee, at least for me.Durability: I've already thrown them in the (fully loaded) dishwasher a couple of times and they don't seem to have sustained any damage yet. Haven't even noticed any scratch marks!Don't think I need to comment on the price here. Two of these mugs for $17 is a steal. Would definitely recommend to a friend/buy again.

It came very fast, with extremely luxury and carefully protected packaging, high quality crystal clear glass. Was well designed for coffee, tea or any hot drink, good for anything I’d say. Looks very pretty and high class, suitable to work as a little decoration on the dining table, also should be good for a gift for family or friends!Don’t hesitate, this is definitely worth more than the price!

My mugs arrived the next day I ordered and they came with beautiful packaging. Frankly I'd buy this product again just for that unboxing experience =)The mugs are inexpensive but they turned out very well. They also look fancy and cool, and feels perfect in hands. They are lightweight, but they do an outstanding job of keeping hot coffee or tea from burning my hands. I hand-washed them for a couple of times and the condition is perfect. It's a great product and I highly recommend it!!

The glasses both arrived with little scratches ALL OVER them. I'm very disappointed.

Very attractive but after 4-5 months both filled with moisture between double wall. Like a failed window, it's pretty ugly for serving coffee. Never microwaved, always hand washed. Too bad, as I liked the size but not worth it for such a short life.

Product arrived on time, beautifully packaged, light yet durable...charming and distinctive. We bought 4 cups and adore them! Being able to watch the rich espresso isolate it's movement...love it! Amazing purchase, you will not be disappointed!

The presentation of these are beautiful and I'm sure any espresso drinker would appreciate them. They keep coffee warmer longer than regular cups. However, when looking closely I see blemishes and what looks like dust within the double walls. Not a big deal.

Classy, exotic, beautifully packaged, and best of all...the insulation is phenomenal. The inscribing on the handle is a touch of elegance. If I were having an ambassador to the UN for lunch, I'd serve these glasses. The cappuccino is so beautifully presented in the Bezzera Manhatta cups that it makes every cup a beautiful gift.
