Q: What is the thread diameter? (What size hole do I need to run this through a piece of glass?)

Hi Ernie, I am not sure that this would work in glass unless there were threads in the glass. You might want to use a bulkhead fitting to go through the glass and connect this banjo fitting to the bulkhead..that way the hole through the glass would seal. if you just want the fitting to be able to go through the glass completely, then an 1 1/4" hole would do.Marty

Q: Where are the pp lock nuts for these? anyone have an amazon link?

It will thread into a 1/2" coupling with thread tape or I used the bulkhead coupling. It really depends on how you're attaching it to your system. That's why it has NPT threads.
