These books changed my life!
I have ordered and made recipes from all of Stephanie's cookbooks, and doing so has enabled me to lose more weight than even a gastric bypass did! Following these guidelines, especially the idea that this is NOT traditional keto, makes it easy. This is more flexible and realistic for people to live with every day. Some of them do take a while and others are super quick, but once you have the basic keto staples in your pantry, you can easily make these meals. I will admit, I tend to gravitate towards the sweeter items and am very happy with these recipes. There are recipes that are great to take to potlucks, and most of the time, no one can tell that they are sugar-free. I am a strong advocate for this program and have referred many of my friends, who have also lost weight. Also, any time I have had questions, I have sent an email to Stephanie and she has always responded. I don't hesitate to recommend this series of books.

Perfectly written KETO cookbook!
I bought this cookbook because I loved Stephanie's story and because she posted nutrition facts next to every recipe. Her tips and options are clearly doable from the perspective of wanting to kick things up with recipes. My boyfriend and I are in our 60's and found it imperative that we needed to change the way we put things into our bodies. You can't eat like you did in your 20's we've found, and so, here we are in our first week of a Keto diet change feeling like we're doing the right thing. I want to say, that all of the recipes we've tried here are quite tasty (who knew), and I have truly enjoyed cooking without gluten flours, and sugar. We've dropped our carb intake drastically, so we hope to start burning the accumulated fat soon! The first week is tough on our systems, but like no other diet we've tried before, we're already accustomed to this style of cooking and eating. I have to tout Stephanie's recipe for "KFC" Keto Fried Chicken! It's seasoned right and it was nice to know that we could used a little bit of Ranch dressing for dipping. A nice vegetable side, and we were in heaven! This book is way beyond those dry, boring, scientific versions! Please buy it, you'll be amazed how it will become your Keto Bible!

A very successful and easy diet.
Let me start by saying I was very skeptible about this diet. But I started it January 12, 2021 and by May 2021 I lost a total of 61 lbs. No joke! And I never starved. Infact I ate very good. Just learned how to eat properly, and how to count your NET carbs. That is the secret. Very easy diet to follow, which improved my type 2 diabetes, cholesterol, blood pressure, sleeping, and over all out look on life. I have physical disabilities, so extreme exercising is out of the question, for me. I quit for the summer, because I was traveling so much. But started it up again this September 2021 and my first week on it again, I lost 12 lbs. HIGHLY recommend this book. It is soooo easy. And amazing results. Buy it!!!

My new favorite Keto Cookbook!
I have a lot of Keto Cookbooks and I’m an experienced Keto cook, but, wow! This is my new favorite cookbook. What makes this book special are the easy, delicious recipes that use ordinary easy to get ingredients. The recipes are not too difficult or overwhelming. So far, I have made the Taco Bell Soup, Sexy Fettuccini Alfredo, and Broccoli Cheese Soup. The recipes are outstanding! The book is full of good advice and tips on how to Keto. I love the humorous tone throughout the whole book. It’s a very fun book! I have a paper copy and a digital copy of the book and the paper copy is covered with sticky notes marking the recipes I will make next. I love the popular copy cat recipes in the book. This book gives you lots of delicious Keto options that you can have so you don’t miss the high carb foods you can’t have. I couldn’t do strict Keto, so the whole Dirty Lazy Keto series of books ensure my continued success.

Dirty Lazy at its best!
So let's just say Stephanie has done it again, when I decided to take this journey I knew I needed good reading literature, when I read her book about her weightloss I said that is exactly how I want to be able to live! I also created a Facebook group called (KETO) The Real Housewives of Lazy Dirty Keto because I wanted another way to hold myself accountable. I have been so in awe of her story and it truly is incredible that she pours her heart and soul out for all of us! I started on Vacation mid July 2019 and I am now down 54 lbs and many many inches! Adding this cookbook is absolutely amazing and fabulous! Easy great recipe's again she has done it again and I cannot wait to see what else is in your future! Thank you for pouring your heart and soul out! I encourage everyone to read her weight loss book get this cookbook because knowledge is key!And did Stephanie not look phenomenal on the Today show!!!! Wowsers! She looked absolutely beautiful and fit! Keto on that is Dirty Lazy!

Every recipe I try from this cookbook gets rave reviews.
Every recipe I have tried in this book has been excellent. Usually when you try keto recipes you expect them to taste like you have substituted the good stuff for something not so pleasant and you just have to pretend it's the real thing. I honestly don't feel this way when I cook a meal with my DLK Cookbook. These recipes are unique, easy and fun to try. They are different than much of the food I ate before keto, but in a good way. They are stand alone delicious. I love that there are many photos of the food, it helps inspire me, but one of my favorites has no photo, it's the Fluffy Chicken recipe. I often add a little broccoli or asparagus and then it's a complete meal. My husband has also been very happy with the food I am making since I bought this book. Never before have I purchased a cookbook where every recipe I try has been successful.
