Absolutely fantastic LED safety light! I bought this to attach to my backpack while riding my bike in the evenings, and it has completely exceeded my expectations. First of all, the brightness is incredible. The flashing mode is highly visible even from a long distance, and I immediately felt safer knowing drivers can clearly see me from behind. The light pattern really grabs attention without being distracting, which is exactly what you want for road safety. The clip is sturdy and secure—I’ve attached it to my backpack, a jacket pocket, and even a saddlebag, and it stays firmly in place no matter how bumpy the ride gets. It’s lightweight too, so I barely notice it’s there. Battery life is excellent, and I love having multiple flash modes to choose from depending on the conditions. It’s also super easy to turn on and off, even with gloves on. Huge bonus: it comes with four additional extra batteries included for free! That was such a pleasant surprise. It means you can swap them out immediately when needed without making a separate trip to the store. It really shows the company thought about convenience and long-term use. If you ride at dawn, dusk, or night, this is a must-have safety accessory. It’s affordable, reliable, and gives real peace of mind. I decided to purchase lights based on two guidelines: Brightness, and the strength at which they'd stay clipped on. While these lights do come with Velcro straps, I was pleasantly surprised how strong the clips were when I proceeded to put one on my safety vest and the other on my shoe. As stated, the safety lights come ready to use. No need to insert batteries into the lights. Yay! And yes, there is a tiny screwdriver and extra batteries that are included in this purchase. Lightweight, yet seem pretty durable. On my two-mile walk, I didn't notice either light interfering with my daily stroll. Neither bounced around. They stayed in place with those strong clips. I debated which color light to get, as there are many options. I decided on red as my best option. We cope with foggy and rainy weather in our area. The red stands out much better under those conditions. I haven't had the chance to test these lights under rainy conditions yet. But, if they do get wet, I'll just open them up and allow them to air dry.

TL;DR - I have used these 3 times now, and work great, with no functional failures, unlike the Blitzu brand. - I have fallen once on them (Night skating/riding) and it continued to work - A sturdy little case and device. A+ - Purple and Red are brighter than the Blitzu brand, but White is weaker. - Casing is tighter than other brand, so they may be more water resistant. - The ONLY negative is that they are almost twice the cost, but if they don't break, (unlike the other brand) I'd be happy to pay the higher cost. THE WHOLE WRITE-UP For some applications, cheap is good. For others, cheap is not. They are not as bright as the other brand, BUT the color stands out more at night. The white is a more pure white, and I prefer it, but it's almost x2 the cost. Not good if I think it's gonna get banged up and broken. The blink is faster than the other brand, which also stands out more, and the period of these does not vary as much as the other brand. This tells me there is more quality and consistency in the components, which should mean they are more reliable. I'll update the review after damage or failure occurs.

I'm using these in my car at night to discourage a break-in. The light shines on a small fake "security alarm" sign I made. Quite pleased with the quality and brightness. The option of 3 modes is great. The biggest challenge was loosening the microscopic screws with the enclosed tool. They are really REALLY tightened to the point where I struggled for almost an hour to loosen 3 of the 8 screws. Finally did it...and I'm pretty strong. Arrives with batteries installed and 6 extras. I'll return in a few weeks to rate their longevity, with hopefully no additional problems. HINT: If you ever get the screws off, don't re-tighten them much...it's not necessary for the lights to function well.

We got this for our dog’s harness for walks when it’s dark out. The light is very bright, and the flashing settings will be helpful for runs. Very nice that it came with multiple lights. Haven’t had any issue me so far. Only feedback would be that maybe a more flexible clip would’ve been nice (like a slightly stretchy silicone loop instead of a hard plastic clip). Again, I have not had issues yet, but sometimes I worry that the clip will break if the light gets caught on something since it’s hard plastic.

Good bright lights. Bought them in January, but one of the lights died in August. Pity.
