13" Single Tower Media Storage

I very rarely write reviews, but based on a few negative posts, I wanted to share my positive experience. The shelves came in a well-packaged box. This is not fine furniture, but is very well made from medium-density fiberboard (MDF) and sturdy. The laminate surface is very nice. The directions were clear and everything fit together nicely. I am fairly handy around the house, but not a professional. Still, it seems like this would be easy for almost anyone to assemble in less than an hour. For the quality, I thought the price is very reasonable. Plus, it's made in Canada (soon to be the 51st state), not China. I set it up a few days ago and put my CD collection in it, and last night my wife commented on how great it looked!

Got this for my son as a gift. A lot of towers like this are just a bunch of steel bars and lots of open space but this one looks more like a tall skinny book shelf and gives it a little more classy look in my opinion. Teenage son assembled it in about half an hour. Just need basic tools like hammer and screwdriver. It is the usual particle board type of material so it is a bit heavy and obviously not high end furniture but it does a great job storing lots of media. Very happy with all the storage space it provides. The tower does also provide a way to anchor the top to a wall so that tipping is not a concern for people with small children around. Nice product well thought out.

I knew it wasn’t going to be made of real wood bc of the price. I was looking for something to organize my CDs. I looked at so many choices and decided on this one. As I took it out of the box I realized I didn’t buy the taller one I saw. (70”+). My error. It was easy to put together, however when it was finished the top piece was drilled incorrectly and it wasn’t even. That made me concerned that the shelves might not fit. Starting at the bottom the shelves went in ok but as the shelves progressed up and was more difficult to get them in place. That’s because the unit was the correct dimensions on the bottom but got narrower as it progressed to the top. A lot of swearing and using a rubber mallet it went together. Why didn’t I return it? Frankly I waited to long to assemble it and the return window had closed. The black finish isn’t perfect and a black marker should fix that. Live and learn.

Not packaged well. Parts not labeled, instructions not the best. Peices all scratched up and damaged. Very top board is split. My son was trying to surprise me and have it together before I got home. He didn't pay attention to the parts. I couldn't believe the damage. I would have returned it but it was together and box cut up. Wood glue, wood filler and paint are in my future. Not worth buying.

Pretty easy to put together, and very solid.

This is for the Slim Multimedia Tower (the narrow, single column, floor standing model). Jut put it together. It's decent enough! But it does look small on 1st impression, really small. But it is a nice clean look. Since it wasn't clearly stated for DVDs only -- It holds 14 DVDs per shelf, using the common DVD case that most single DVDs come in. And 5 shelf's worth. If you start from the bottom, there's a remaining few inches for the top shelf. If they had just made 3 inches taller, it could have done another row of DVDs. Just 3 inches! And it might have looked more natural as a tall thin tower. But on that last shelf, you can lay the DVDs sideways pretty nicely at least. It came with 7 shelves. The assembly was not idiot proof, but not difficult either. It required a phillips screw driver, and a hammer to tack in the nails for the back panel. The assembly sheet did not clearly mark the top and bottom for the side panels, which required some thought to figure out. It came with very small plastic feet that you nail into the bottom, which I didn't like. I picked up some stick-on felt pads from the hardware store for the feet. (I'm on hardwood floor.) But everything had a nice quality fit to it. I just wish it were 3 inches taller!

Very low quality. When nailing the back panel, the top and bottom bases split. Additionally, the proportions are not correct for a 7th row; it’s too short for more discs if you have Blu-rays. But the main issue is the board's poor quality.

Package arrived in good condition. All pieces and parts were present and damage free. Easy to put together. Looks great and is quite stable. Note: There was a bit of sawdust on the pieces and parts, so good to have a damp cloth and a broom/vacuum near by.

A good product for the price. Assembles easily. Attractive appearance. Loses a star because the edging on the side upright panels is a little rough and not cut exactly flush to the panel. Overall finish of panels is nice.

I purchased 2 of these, one came in damaged, the other I accidentally damaged myself while putting it together. The company quickly replaced BOTH broken pieces at no charge to me even though I admitted to breaking one myself. Will definitely buy more from this seller.

This is a blue ray or ps5 organizer. There are 7 row tablets but you will lose a row if u have dvd casing because they are bigger than blue ray ones. Does the job and cane solid in one pieces. The back plate is a carton you need to nail but colons are solid wood mdf.

Using in a small cabin as a spice rack and misc. storage. Does the job in a small space and opened up cupboard space for bigger stuff.
