The media could not be loaded. I bought this for my grandson's 5th Bday. It was the hit of the day! The way it lights up is so fun, and the way the wheels spin independently (allowing it to spin really fast), and it flips over and keeps going, had him laughing so hard. It was a lot of fun.One issue I see is that you can't easily tell which is the front of the car, so it's hard to know which way to push the joysticks, so he kept running over his own feet, and couldn't back it back up. That's going to resolve itself with practice. This is his first experience with a controller, and yet he jumped right in.The car battery is rechargeable, and comes with a partial charge, so after about 10 minutes of operation (on that partial charge), we had to plug the battery in to fully charge it (there is an extra one so you can keep playing while charging the other one). The car doesn't plug in, you remove the battery to charge it - simply plugging it into a USB port.The controller uses regular AA batteries, but you can't simply use AA's in the car itself. But no worries, the car battery charged fully in about 20-30 minutes.So far, this is A GREAT gift. I'll update this review if there are any problems down the road.

I bought two of these for my grandsons and they are ages five and just about four. They are pretty good at remote control operation so I would say for them, these are a little difficult to use to start with. They figured it out pretty quickly and our pros at it now. They are super fun, easily maneuvered and are standing up so far to lots of outdoor play. I like that they came with a second battery pack. And they charge pretty quickly. I got one in blue and one in green and the colors are very vibrant. Overall great pic for a four and five year-old.

Soon as this was open it was controlled all over the house! The boys loved it. It’s fun and good value. Boys are 8-10

Good & fast

Purchased for my dog--she loves it, but the battery constantly dies! It comes with two rechargeable batteries that connect to an internal wiring system--and the charge does not last very long! It almost always dies after one session of play. You need to use a mini screw driver to open the battery compartment every single time and the design does not allow the use of a regular AA battery--it would be so much better if you could!It's fun--it's great over all kinds of terrain--but just when my dog gets into it, the battery dies!

Bought this for my son for Christmas & he loved it. We then got this for a birthday gift & it was a hit! Does really cool tricks, easy to charge, no assembly required.
