This was a set recommended to me by my physical therapists for muscle recovery as I have benefit from it during treatment and have a partner who regularly is training for various races. Easy to use with separate cream recommended though this kit does come with some. There were a few duds that the pins for suction don’t work which was disappointing but we marked them so we know the 3-4 not to use.

I've kept and maintained my cupping kit for over 3 yr (originally purchase in 2021). The hose has become lose so I will eventually need to replace that for a few dollars, otherwise there are no cracks in my cups and they still suction perfectly.

These work most of the time but seem to lose suction very easily. It can take several times to get them to suction and stay correctly.

After years of shoulder pain due to lifting, I got these and started frequently using them. My shoulders have gotten 10x better. Can definitely alleviate pain.
