After having this product for just about a month, one of the joysticks starting popping out whenever it was pushed to one side. I couldn't find any information to contact the company (and didn't realize until I started looking that this was a knock off product, not by Nintendo) so I had to contact Amazon customer support. Their response was that the return window had closed (literally the day before the joycon broke), so I pointed out the 60-day guarantee on the listing. Amazon customer support discovered that they also don't have any contact information for the company that sells these. So Amazon is going to be eating the cost of a refund. Do not recommend buying this product. Pay the extra for the controllers from Nintendo.

Works well with switch. Larger than original controller so its not compatible with cases. Has to be charged separately from switch. Main downside was that it has to be reconnected every time its used.

You’re not getting official Nintendo controllers, keep that in mind. However, product description says they’re perfectly compatible with the switch and they are not. They require third party wired charging and will not connect to the switch without additional setup.The plastic also feels like it was made from my water bottle and put through a landfill for an eon or so before being shipped, as is, to my door.

Couldn’t pair the joy con controllers so I just had to return get original controllers to work with my switch ... nothing to really bad to say accept be nice to get my refund fir both joycons I had to pay extra shipping fir the one

Controls themselves work but they won't charge. Also there's no Amiibo support. Get the official joy-cons instead

They do the job, but... Usually need to be paired every time they're turned on by going to the 'change grip order menu' - sometimes will automatically pair from home screen. Do not charge with Switch, must be plugged into a USB. Wider than normal joycons, so they don't fit well/at all in cases. Slightly slow input response, but no joystick drift.

This item will not work with the actual product. It is a waste of money. When you compare it, you can see the size difference and that the connections don't line up at all.It is a scam.

These controllers have not worked in over a month. I have charged them, resynced them and they just won’t work with my sons switch. I wish I could get a refund!
