Booster has only 14 cards in it. No Rare, No foil (This pack is after WOTC started putting a foil in each pack)

Definitely a rip off. Pack clearly opened and filled with common cards then resealed. Cards have nothing to do with dragons or tarkir decks

Resealed packs
There’s a slit in both packs showing they’ve clearly been resealed. My friend and I both opened our packs at the same time, remind you they’re the same pack. We also got the same amount of rarity in each and every pack out of 6 packs. This is literally impossible unless they’ve been resealed.
