I heard of this product from TikTok and honestly glad I did. It really helped postpartum especially in those really early weeks. It provided a cooling feeling and smelled great.It made my postpartum self just feel a little more put together while healing.

This is a must-have for after birth! I bought it before my first birth, but ended up having a csection and didn’t use it. However, when my baby got bad diaper rash I started spraying this on her butt, along with adding diaper rash cream. It helped to clear it up and helped with the pain/burning of the rash. With my 2nd pregnancy, I got hemorrhoids (which I didn’t even know what it was?!) and it helped with the itching and took down the vein swelling to help them go away. After this natural birth (VBAC), I used it once all the cooling pads were used up. When you spray, it’s nice and cooling - don’t spray too much or it will drip. I kind of have to hover and spray but the newer bottles spray at any angle (unlike my first bottle) and that’s so helpful when you can’t move bc your butt is sore. I love the ingredients and how it’s all natural. The smell is so refreshing with cucumber 🥒 and lavender and peppermint. My hemorrhoids lasted after I needed this for my sore and torn vagina so I kept using it until they went away. The Tucks pads are recommended for hemorrhoids but they are just witch hazel and since this has witch hazel as a main ingredient I used it instead and think it worked better! I used about a bottles worth over the course of 6-ish weeks healing and will keep some on hand for the next round of diaper rashes to come. I wouldn’t say there is instant relief - it is cooling but not an intense cool, but the ingredients definitely help your body to heal naturally over time (so there isn’t quite as much instant or immediate pain relief as you might like). I never tried putting it in the freezer like they recommend but I definitely think that would intensify the cooling and relief.

The only spray I have used for both of my births aftercare. Smells good, easy to use, feels refreshing and I believe it helped me heal quicker. 10/10!

I had the fortune of being able to use the Earth mama Angel Baby Spray after having two babies 18 months apart. This spray was fantastic and sat on our bathroom counter for a long time. Very few things are on our bathroom counter. Although I was sent home with antiseptic spray, I used this spray religiously instead. It has a nice cooling sensation and calming scent (kind of earthy but still pleasant). The best thing about this spray is that it isn't just good for the postpartum tenderness and stitches. It works beautifully during pregnancy also but I mostly used it during pregnancy. For this reason I probably wouldn't have purchased the spray if I was anticipating a C-section. If you are looking for an all natural product to use postpartum that is also effective- I would give this a shot. Also, don't let the size of the bottle fool you, I'm amazed that I still have a quarter of a bottle left after almost two years but you really don't need to spray a lot for it to work.This product is sort of a catch 22 because if you buy it before you have the baby and you have a C-section then the spray is really only good for hemorrhoids. However, if you buy the spray after you have the baby (and wait for it to ship) you probably won't need it. Overall, the spray has a nice cooling sensation that made sore and stiched parts not so tender. The spray smells a little earthy but also pleasant

I absolutely love this Earth Mama Perineal Spray! It was a new staple for me during my most recent postpartum recovery, and I will definitely be using it for all my future postpartum needs. It’s incredibly soothing and refreshing, helping to avoid that postpartum smell while soothing the area without causing any irritation. I felt so much fresher compared to how I would usually feel after just a few hours. I used it every time I went to the restroom, and it kept me feeling fresh all day long. I had a 2nd degree tear that went from my urethra to my rectum... now I am 4 weeks postpartum and thank God every day that my MIL told me to get witch hazel and that I came across this product! After reading the reviews I picked this one over the others and I am so glad I did! The only thing I would change for next time is to make sure I have 2 of these, one for home and one for the diaper bag. You may even want one for each bathroom that you have.The spray the hospital gives you is doable, but it overly cools to the point of feeling uncomfortable and sometimes feels king stingy for a couple minutes. This product has a nice soothing sensation and is not even felt most of the time, which is what you want when your dealing with stitches.It doesn't look like it, but this bottle sprays while inverted which is perfect for what we have to deal with in our postpartum weeks. When you receive this product, it does not look like much volume, but it is plenty! I used it as much as I wanted and still have some left over, and still use it a couple times a day.If you have some leftover, use it for your next delivery, or look up some uses for it. I saw in some reviews it can be used on your face and such... so I plan to do that until it is gone.Oh, also be sure to follow your doctors orders for Ibuprofen and Tylenol strictly for at least 2 weeks! Ended up having to have two C-Sections but still sprayed this on my pads just to feel more “fresh” down there during the 6 weeks of postpartum bleeding. Obviously not what it’s intended for but made the ick feel less icky.Just ordered for my 3rd scheduled c section.
