5.2mm Slim Black CD Jewel Cases, 100 Pack

These are very inexpensive cases, and they came very well packaged, with not a single one damaged. They seem to be very well made, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for Slim CD Jewel Cases that don't cost an arm and a leg. I will buy them again when these run out!

I like it. Not too many problems. When you close it make sure you snap the corners shut because sometimes it doesn't completely close. Also the cd might fall out when opening the case, so just open it carefully. But these aren't such a big deal. They don't need to be perfect. I bought this twice because I'm storing digital photos onto cd's now to back them up to make more room for my hard drive. So I needed cases, slim so I can fit them in the large compartment in my desk. So these definitely work perfectly!

Very nice product at an economical price. I try to be careful in opening and closing the cover since I know these are not the sturdiest on the market, but for what I use them for, they work well. Thanks Americopy for making and selling these at a reasonable price.

I realize that the cases were a good price, but I would have paid more had I realized that they were so fragile. The tabs break easily, and don't hold up to much use.

These are good general use archival storage cases for CDs and DVDs - light, slim, and still sturdy enough for most applications. If you have to open and close the jewel case ten times a day you might go with a heavier version, say for travel, but we've had no problems with these in home and small office. We really like the thin space-saving design, versus the older thick jewel cases - that were not much tougher, we've found from experience.

I ordered 300 of these cases. They were double boxed, so I did not expect to have damaged cases. I have only opened the box with 200 jewel cases, 19 of the 200 were broken and could not be used. The seller has not replied to my complaint, I will never order from them again. The case is very flimsy, CD's do not lock securely in the case. They will fall out when opening the case. Some cases do not close properly. Product quality is not consistent. I rate it overall as poor. Other reviews stated the only option they were given was to return the entire order. Due to a project deadline, I had to use the acceptable cases. I'm stuck with the damaged cases, the seller will not replace the damaged ones. Quality is more important to me than price. Next time, I'll pay more and will not take a chance on what appears to be a "GOOD DEAL". If it looks too good to be true, chances are, it is. I would not recommend this product or this seller. Do yourself a favor, look elsewhere.

I was pleased to discover there were no split, cracked or broken cd cases. Damage seems to go with the territory on these products. Maybe I am lucky or the UPS guys are more careful here. The cases don't just snap shut. You do have to press firmly on the edge to keep the contents in the case. I wanted clamshell cases, but these were a good price so frugality won out. They are okay, I am not using them to keep vitally important files or anything.

These cases were perfect for what I needed them for ( wedding gifts to guests ). The order came in on time as expected, and greatful because we were on a bit of a time crunch ! ! None of the cases were broken at all. Only thing I would say to potential buyers is that they are not as "thick" or strong as a case you would get if you bought a cd from a store. These are perfect to protect your disk.
