Quaker Old Fashioned Smooth & Creamy Grits, 24 Ounce (Pack of 2)

Quaker old fashioned grits will become creamy when you cook them, you can add a dab of cream cheese if you want real creamy. Instant grits are like sand, no matter how long you cook them. I have eaten grits all my life and didn't understand comments I heard about grits until I was sent the wrong order. 5 minute grits are instant and really gross. That's what I was sent instead of the old fashioned. They are 1.98 at Walmart!

I have no clue why you can only get mushy 5 min grits at the store but I am thankful that you can get REAL old fashioned grits here! These are the real deal!

I liked the availability. Not available in our local grocery. Needed it to make a favorite recipe - shrimp and grits.

These grits are delicious, they cook in 20 minutes, much better than the quick or instant grits. They are hard to find in the stores, however if you can find them, they are a lot cheaper in the stores. They are a little over priced on Amazon, maybe they know they are hard to find. I would still recommend this product for all .....very delicious and nutritional.

One of the boxes had the bottom partially out and had leaked. Very disappointed but I had to keep them I just gave the good one to my daughter because she was doing a shrimp and grits dinner and had to have them. Also they were very short dated so that was a disappointment also.

I received the 2 boxes of Grits ... one box was perfect the 2nd one the top was split open and it was wasted on the bottom of the box it was delivered in... it went all over my floor and I had to throw the one tub of grits away .. how was I to prove it when I couldn’t save it ... disappointed 😞

Our favorite breakfast with a little grated cheese. We use more than the recommended amount of water and cook only until the grits reach the rather creamy consistency we like.

finding 20 minute grits is difficult, the stores around me are not carrying it any more. It taste wxactly like I remember. I'll buy this item again
