We got new cookware...and the metal handles were slick and difficult to hold when pouring out hot pasta. And the handles eventually got HOT! These silicone sleeves are perfect for holding firm and insulating. At first, I thought they were a little large for the handles but after using them for a couple of weeks...nope! They are easy to slip on and off, but don't allow pots to slip when grasped. I recommend them.

These work well for pots/pans that are on the stovetop but lack the heat resistance required to pull pans from the oven. I made a frittata and when I opened the oven to pull out the pan, I slipped one of these sleeves over the handle and then grabbed it. The pan was at 350 degrees F and the heat came through the silicon sleeve. I still had to use a potholder to safely remove the pan from the oven to avoid burning myself.

I really like these. I have had these for awhile.Now, I can give an informed review.I purchased some new pots and pans. The handles are flat and hurt when you hold on.These UoYu 7 Pack Silicone Hot Handle Holders have been great. They are comfortable and I can use them to pick up the pan cover too. They may not fit your handle snuggly. They may be big around the handle. It makes no difference. They are flexible. They are meant to fit several types of pot/pan handles.I would definitely recommend them.

Did not work for my set of pots and pans, is to flimsyMight work better for another set of pots and pans but not stainless steel handles

Didn't resist heat. Very thin. Burnt my hand.

Great for heated handles. Love the colors. Simpler than using slippery pot holders. Great price. I love them.

If you are cooking with a cast iron or carbon steel pan on the stove top these silicone pot holders work as well as any kitchen towel or standard pot holder. Overall they are too large for any of my pans, too long for the short cart iron handle and too wide for my pro carbon steel pans. Worst of all is that they are just too thin to be worth using for almost any use. On the stove top they are just loose and flimsy and can make pouring food out of a skillet awkward and uncomfortable. If you place a pan under a broiler for finishing and try to take it out with these silicone pot holders and then need to transfer the food to a plate you will likely burn your hand as I have twice. I've experienced less problems with a quality kitchen towel or inexpensive fabric lined slip on pot holder.

I took out my frying pan from a 400 degree oven using my potholder, but then went to swing the handle towards the back of the cooktop---without that potholder. The result was sufficient to make me find a semi-permanent solution. I ordered the set of silicone pot handle covers which come in 4 colors. Now I make sure I slide one on every pan handle before I do any cooking. The cover protects my hand and the color alerts me to be extra careful. These work for all the pan handles I come in contact with when I cook. Couldnt be happier!

These would be great but unfortunately they are too large for my pot handles.
