Great value - Perfect Condition !
I was slightly wary about buying a refurbished iPad mini 5. I’m so glad I did. It is in perfect condition and works brilliantly. I bought it to use as an apple CarPlay device for my older car, and with a wireless adapter can have my playlists and my Map directions through my stereo. It looks absolutely great in space grey And there is not a single scratch or scuff on the device. Super value at £435 compared to the £700+ I would have had to have spent at Apple. Highly recommended.

Great product
Arrived promptly and it is a great piece of kit. It is very responsive and up to date for the price would recommend to anyone who is looking for an Apple tablet and doesn’t want to spend large amounts of money, this is just as good as one of the more expensive options.

Apple 2019 iPad Mini (renewed)
The delivery time was very impressive, 21 hours from confirming purchase to delivery to my home. The unit was packaged securely and well protected. As the iPad is about 5 years old I expected the overall condition would show signs of wear and was pleased to see it was in excellent condition. The unit loaded reasonably fast although it too some time to update to the latest software version. All of the Apps from my other iPad transferred accurately. I have only used the iPad for a few days and it looks as if the battery still holds plenty of charge. Very pleased with my purchase so far.

iPad screen unresponsive after a few months - seller refused to assist
This iPad had some touch screen issues from day one, now it misses a lot of touches when typing. Raised the issue with the seller and they said without asking any questions about what the actual problem is that they do not cover accidental damage or mis use. There is no accidental damage, and I wasn’t aware that typing on an iPad is considered mis use. What about scrolling? I have bought refurbished in the past, but this one tops them all up.

Excellent condition and also top class customer service. Had to return my first Mini 5 as a very minor screen issue. This one however is spot in for the price 👍
