Excellent knife.
Terrific knife. Great for slicing fish for sashimi, thinly cut flank steak, any meats. Very sharp out of the box.

Defected knife
When this knife arrived and ok it out from the plastic wrap, the tip was bent and I had to return it back.I was quite disappointed to receive the defected item.

Much better knives have come out since this was all the rage several years ago, but I needed it for the kitchen I work in. Very light and "wippy". The steel is ok...gets and stays sharp, but nothing compared to carbon steel or some of the new advanced steels that have come out in recent years.
