Advanced Tool Design Model ATD-3040 Steering Wheel Puller

Steering wheel puller worked good for pulling steering wheel off an 02 dodge caravan, which allowed me to replace the clock spring.

Works by design. Has pulled every steering wheel I've needed it to. Tried to pull a harmonic balancer with this tool but the bolts are a low grade so one broke. No stars removed for this as it wasn't the intended use of the tool. The bolts should last when used as it was intended.

It says it fits most gm ford and chrysler. However, it does not fit a lot of newer gm cars including my car. You might need extra legs such as KD Tools 3510 Steering Wheel Pulling Legs for your car if your car is gm and later than 1997. I had to run to a store for two extra legs and they cost me about $30. Make sure before you buy.

This product was everything that it was billed to be! Easy to use and very reliable, have used it many times and it has not failed

i will definately need it later, but i didnt need it to take off the steering wheel. just pull and wiggle it it will come off. but you can use them to pull gears and whatnot so no a complete wase of $$
