Helps tame frizzies
It's a 10 Plus Keratin has become part of my haircare routine. It's a bit pricey but a little goes a long way. May hair is a little past my shoulders and I squirt only 5 pumps in my hand and run it through my hair then blow dry as usual and then sometimes flatiron. It makes my hair feel very soft, less frizzy, and the initial blowout stays nicer between washes.

Not as expected
It left my hair very dull. It was not shiny abs silky as I was expecting. My hair was not straight. A bit disappointed in this product. I will have to keep looking for the right one.
