Q: anyone every used such red light therapy, really help?

I have anecdotal evince. Two weeks ago I went to a sports doctor. He specializes in sports related injuries. We've taken our son to him for a couple of broken bones, and I've gone a few times for things like torn rotatory cuff, and a torn cartilage in my knee. The last two times I've visited him, I remember thinking, "I could have sworn he was more bald, but maybe I'm just not remembering him correctly." Then he started talking about the red light therapy to help boost testosterone to prevent me from getting injured so easily. Then he pointed to his head and asked if I noticed how much hair he'd regrown. He told me he's been doing red light therapy on his head, 20 minutes a day for the past year, and although he's thin on top, he has enough hair to comb now. He was shiny bald before. He also said using it for 20 mins a day for the past couple of months on his man parts has doubled his testosterone levels. So although I can't vouch for that, I can vouch for the fact that it certainly helped him regrow hair.
