Love this tape. It sticks really well in general and usually doesn't leave any residue. The only time it did, and also had issue sticking, was when using on glass out in the summer sun. And the residue was still very easy to clean off. It's also easy to tear. It came in clutch when I needed to put up a projector screen on a interior wall. I just lined the perimeter with this stuff and it stuck on with no issues and came off with no residue on either surface. This stuff is essentially industry standard for a reason. It works!

Using on fencing foil

I know most would not use this product as I did but the idea worked. I have a large cardboard room divider that I wanted to use as a background in videos. However, I needed to change the color of the cardboard to green so that I could use it as a green screen. I was hoping this product in the 2" size would work. I purchased 2 rolls. It worked like a charm. The tape was easy to cut and manipulate in to straight lines. There was several times when I had to readjust the tape by pulling it up and moving it. The adhesive was flexible to work with. Even after readjusting, the tape gave a firm stick. Love my idea and love that I had this product to work with.

Been using gaffer tape for 30+ years as a photographer and lighting crew/stagehand and there are definitely differences in quality between different manufactures. To me the most important features are stickiness and ability to tear. This is very sticky and works well with paper backgrounds, which is the main purpose I bought this role for. It also very easy to tear, which I very much appreciate! My other concern is whether it will leave residue or dry out if left in place for a while. There’s nothing worse than taking tape off only to find all the dried out adhesive is left behind. I often put a few strips of gaff tape on my tripod legs or light stands to ensure I always have at least a few feet available to me even if I leave the roll behind, and after a few months that can sometimes be messy. I just received this role recently, but I’ll be putting it to the test and wel see how it holds up over time!! In the meantime I’m very happy with the quality and value of this role.

THE REAL THING / CLOTH LIKE - IT TEARS ON THREADS

There are other options that are close to the quality of Pro Gaff, such as ShurTape, etc But... They aren't as good, especially over time. The price on Amazon is great. I bout something like six colors plus black. When I bought, I compared alternatives, and it was actually the same or cheaper than other options, especially when you compare the price vs quantity, and compare the length of the rolls - many of the cheaper options are shorter rolls as well. so, no brainer

Excellent gaff tape. The perfect amount of strength & stickiness. Fabric is even and the colors are true. ProGaff is tops.

I love my gaffer tape like any other person, but this color is so cool. I really don't care for other colors but as a freelancer I am now a big fan of this one (which seems a bit more reflective when lighted, but not glow in the dark yellow). It's a great addition to my white and black Gaff tapes.
