Q: Have often can I use this?

I take your question to be: "How" often ... If it is so, the answer is: as often as you wish, according to my experience with this machine. Distilled or purified water, a few drops of mild dish detergent and away you go. Change the water every few days or so and "voila".

Q: can it be used to cleaning printhead on epson printers?

I have no idea! I use it for what it was intended to do.....clean jewelry. It may clean a print head, but I haven't needed to do that.

Q: Are Pandora Bracelets and charms safe to clean?

I would think if they are all metal they should be fine. It runs for a minute at a time, I run it a couple times each cleaning.

Q: can it be used on dentures?

In the product description it states it cleans dentures, I have not used it for that. I am sorry I can not testify as to its performance in that area.
