Using it on a Windows 7 machine. No issues at all after using the driver disk to load the drivers. 1. Plug in the unit to a USB port. 2. Load the disk. 3. Follow prompts. 4. You're off to the races.

Lost Connection 9 times in first 1 1/2 hours! Install instructions weren't completely accurate but intuitively I got it working. However once install all seemed great for about 15 -20 minutes. Then it began losing connection and then automatically reconnecting. Sometime the reconnection worked and sometime I had to manually reconnect. Awful product. Returning for credit. Guess you get what you pay for.

Works as expected! Very easy to install, only takes minutes. This is perfect for on the go travel, and it is seems to hold up well with stable material.

Driver would not load properly on Linux (Ubuntu). When I went to the referenced web site I was redirected to somewhere else that had nothing to do with the company. Also, the driver software is from China, and for security reasons I'm not completely comfortable loading unknown software from a Chinese company that does not have a real web site onto my computer.

this one is fast and reliable no problems
