These rings fit perfectly in the lid portion of the Zojirushi thermal cups. So glad to finally be able to purchase just the replacement rings and not a whole unit just for the rings.

I had trouble understanding how they fit, so I emailed Zojirushi and they sent me a diagram and it fits perfectly, WHEN you screw down the cap onto the thermos. In other words, when I fit the gasket and pushed it back into cap it looked like it would leak. BUT then when I screwed the entire cap assembly onto the thermos, it becomes watertight.

It has to fit snugly otherwise the tumbler will leak. I pushed the rubber ring in place using a butter knife to get it to seal a bit more tightly.

I accidentally lost my gasket after washing the thermal mug. The water keeps leaking with the gasket. This gasket part saves the mug or I will need to throw the mug away! Although the shape is not the same as the original one, it still fits well on the spout.

The material felt a bit more stiff then the Zojirushi ones. However, the fitting is perfect. I am so glad to get these as replacements.

This gasket works exactly as you need it to, just be careful of how you insert it onto the plastic piece. The gasket must be inserted so that the closed top is on top and the lined part is at the bottom. Otherwise it WILL NOT work and the lid wont close on the bottle.

I was so happy to find these because I LOVE my Zojirushi thermos/mug and had apparently thrown out the gasket by accident and then, of course, the mug leaked. Now I have extras if I lose one again and I'm back in business. I'm making an assumption about the durability, since I just started using a new gasket, but the old one had worked perfectly for years and I'm hoping these will be the same.
